Q: is this suitably ground for use in an espresso machine?

I don't know much about Espresso machines, but I will tell you that as a 50+ year coffee drinker, Starbuck's Espresso is virtually the only coffee that I drink -- occasionally drinking Starbuck's Sumatra. I brew all of my coffee in a regular coffee maker. My bottom-line after 50+ years of drinking all kinds 'o coffee : Starbuck's Espresso (ground,or whole bean) is way above the rest!! So go for it!!

Q: Is this a fine grind for use in Moka pots?

Hi, Starbucks ground coffee is a medium grind ideal for a traditional drip coffee brewer. You may find that starting with a whole bean and grinding to your ideal grind level is best, but this pre-ground coffee can still be brewed in a Moka pot.

Q: I just need to add cold filtered water to the ground beans?

Cold brew takes longer but yes!

Q: Is this for regular coffee or can this be used in an espresso machine?

This version is not finely ground enough for an espresso machine. Get the whole beans version and a burr grinder and grind the beans as finely as possible.
