I have been using this brand for approximately 3 years now. By far this brand is the most superior. I’ve try many other brands but when happen chance ran across this one, I couldn’t switch to another because this one check the box in every area for me. Literally keeps me calm, keep anxiety away. Also, another unexpected but welcome reaction for me is it keeps private area (vag*** walls) moist. I really was amazed so I do not have to use any creams or hormones for this problem. This particular brand is indeed a winner!

OK, So here it is friends, my honest opinion about these new "hot ticket" herbs a lot of people are talking about.... I have to say I never experienced the "high" or euphoric feeling some people have claimed to experience w/ these 2 herbs. But, after 2.5 almost 3 weeks of taking them twice daily as recommended, this is what I did experience. I will say I have had a lot of interviews to go on and actually starting working 2 new jobs. Which means being the new person all over again and a lot of training. I usually find that in the past few years when I am in stressful social situations such as these where I am under a lot of pressure even though I tend to fare pretty well, I do tend to get sweaty, including sweaty palms and I do feel the anxiety (feel my heart beating out of my chest) and also tend to forget to breath. I had not experienced any of these symptoms over the past several weeks and then one day, on the way to my 2nd day of training at one job, it hit me. I realized suddenly that I was feeling very anxious and getting a little warm and sweaty. The very next realization I had was that I left the house that morning and had forgotten to take the Ashwaganda and Rhodiola herbs as I had been every morning prior. I hadn't realized what a difference they were making because in my experience it was subtle. In other words I didn't take them and then notice I was walking on the moon. However, their advertised use is for relief of stress. And I have to say very honestly my stress and emotional levels are much more manageable and unnoticeable while taking these supplements. So I guess for me, with these herbs, It's not about how they make you feel that says they work. It's about what I am NOT feeling that says to me... YES, these supplements absolutely DO work! I’ve always been an anxious person and I frequently go through periods of severe anxiety that’s almost debilitating. I hate how anti depressants and anti anxiety medications made me feel so I was working with my doctor to find an alternate solution. She mentioned that this supplement had worked for another one of her patients and that it might not hurt to try it. I’m so glad I took that advice because I feel amazing. Things that used to send me into a panic I am able to approach with calmness. I feel leveled out without being sedated. I will say that in the first week or two it made me tired, but now I don’t have any side effects at all! I highly recommend this if you don’t want to take prescription medication, and I honestly think it works better than any anti depressant/anxiety med that I’ve tried!

I started taking this as a way of countering the physical effects of stress but found that when I take it, I deal with the stress events differently. I am always around folks that are angry, tired and under duress due to my work. I don't seem to get wound up in the person or event causing the stress. I stay outside the problem and deal with it. Once dealt with they just go away. That has been a game changer for me. I'm less stressed because my approach has changed. I didn't make any conscious choices here. It just seemed to occur when I took this. I've run a couple of experiments, cutting off the Ashwagandha for a week until I could see that I was returning to my old ways, getting tense and snappy. Got back on it and within a couple of days was dealing with problems differently again. Maybe a placebo effect buy I'll happily take that.

took one capsule few hours before bedtime expecting a better sleep but within 30 mins, i felt nauseous and some stomach discomfort. thought it was something i ate. but the following night, same outcome. buyers beware, returns not accepted in this case......
