This is a nice bed. Wasn't too hard to put together, although the instructions could have been a little more clear, specifically the first part (the metal screws in the center should face the same direction as the corner brackets) The led light strip did not work, but the seller was very helpful in sending a replacement strip.

The only issue I had with this frame, was a damaged led strip. I contacted customer service about it. They immediately responded, had me send a picture of the issue and sent me a replacement led kit. Very helpful, very friendly, and most importantly on the ball.As for the frame itself, I love it. I wasnt sure if I would like the low profile or not, as I normally have had a bed/box spring combo that sat much higher up. But honestly I found myself liking it better. But I guess thats just up to preference.The design has a very big advantage that I hadn't considered until recently, (around two months or so since purchase), i havent stubbed my toe on my way to bed lol. The way the front is designed, and the padding on the front make this a non issue already, but then add in the schedule able lighting and my toes are thanking me.This frame also survived moving, without disassembling it. I feel that is notable. So if you're looking for a modern look, and are like me and always stubbing your toes in the dark, give this frame a try. You really can't go wrong.

It's very sturdy and well built. It looks great,the height is not bad as well. But the light doesn't work at all and I was ask by seller to pay for installation, but above all I got some value for my money as my son still uses it till now. It's been o er two years.

A great product for the price, not flimsy at all. The customer service was top notch too, immediate response & action when we had a issue with the LEDs. Looks great tooHighly recommend it

The bedframe is sturdy & easy to put together but the lights were not! I ended up leaving the lights off because they were so difficult to deal with, which was a bummer as they were what drew me to this bed in the 1st place.

I bought this for my son and saw it for the 1st time last night, when I visited him at college. Happy we bought it.

If you move at night or have a dog you normally sleep with I do not recommend. The wood that’s supposed to “support” you doesn’t much at all I’m scared getting in bed every night that it’s going to break on me. I’ve already had multiple pieces of the wood break on me. Not to mention the wood pieces move constantly so you have to adjust them constantly so you don’t sink in the mattress. I wish I never purchased and could take back but it’s too late.
