Far better than expected!I’ve been plucking the hairs from the bridge of my nose for nearly two decades after my first encounter with a Turkish barber. All this time using I used tweezers likely older than me occasionally using some sandpaper between the tongs to aid grip.These tweezers instantly grabbed an emerging coarse hair impossible to remove with my old pair as well as “peach fuzz” hairs that I could scarcely feel.I highly considered a pair of $30+ Swiss-made tweezers but decided to take a chance.Provided they work anything like new for any reasonable length of time these are an exceptional value. The provided plastic case and elastic closure band (while they last) are nice inclusions.

Grip:Grip is great. Have these in a 1st aid kit.

I usually order the Rubis slanted tweezer and if you know they are a little spendy but do a good job. I ordered my usual but decided to order these too, for the price I was willing to give it a try. I have to say I am pretty impressed they grab the fine hairs and thick ones. I will definitely order these again and for others in my house. The only real difference is how fine and sharp the tip is on that Rubis. So I will utilize both but my Rubis will last longer since I will use these for my everyday maintenance and use the Rubis for the fine details. But overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend. I also think they are better than any Tweezermen I ever used. And a great pair for traveling…I always hated to take my good ones with me.

My old tweezers were not working very well, and I needed a new pair. I noticed the Amazon Commercial tweezers because they were a good value. They also come in a plastic case. The tweezers come in a case but do not open and close easily to grab hairs. They have fairly large tips and are not great when trying to pluck fine hairs. While they do work, I would recommend spending a bit more to purchase something like the Tweezerman brand.

These are great tweezers, and if they didn’t have the Amazon Commercial name on the side I’d think they were the $25 brand (of which we have a few). At this price we can afford to have a few floating around the house, and the tips are very well aligned and made.We spent the first week after receiving them picking myriad think cactus spines out of our hands and arms, and these tweezers worked brilliantly. No complaints other than the little plastic case sucks and is a throwaway item.

I'll be really blunt: at such a low price, I was expecting these to be poorly engineered; I was figuring the tips of the tines might be a bit off-register, and/or less than perfectly flat, but that they'd probably be good enough for rough work, which is all I usually need...But I am thrilled to find that these are apparently actually very well made.The two tips meet precisely, and the flat parts come together in perfect alignment.The tool is just fine (as it were) for very fine work.AND they come in a nice little plastic holder, too.Would definitely buy again......as long as they keep sourcing from the same manufacturer, that is.

Did not pick the eyebrow hairs

Depending on what you use these tweezers for, if you're looking for a tweezer that is very sharp this is your go-to. However, if you're looking for tweezers to help clean up your eyebrows, this tool is so sharp that it basically snips the hair before you can pull it out of the root. As a result, your hair grows back extremely fast because it was never pulled from the root. I will save these for some other type of use but I will need to buy another pair for eyebrows.
