Can I use this for Capet tufting backing glue?

Can I apply to back of rug that is peeling?

Will it stick linoleum to osb board? linoleum has soft i think polyurethane base.

I used it to stick linoleum down to some glossy plastic feeling peel and stick tiles that were already on my closet floor. I do recommend getting on of those rollers to smooth the flooring down, though.

Will this work to adhere felt back woven vynil to marine grade plywood on a pontoon floor?

I used it to install EVA foam on my open 21 open bow with wood and fiberglass floor and it held pretty well

Worked great under the sheet vinyl for my mini coop.Let it sit a day. It reminds me of the goo from the end of Roger rabbit that judge doom stuck his hand in. But cleaned up with soap and water. Soaking your clothes in soapy water if you manage to get some on them helps tremendously before shoving in the washing machine.
