What Kind of Sorcery Is This, ChocZero?!
How can this product only have 2g of net carbs? How can I stay in ketosis after I eat it straight out of the jar? How have I existed without this in my life? I have a spoon in my mouth as I type this, sucking the last bit of life out of this jar of White Chocolate Hazelnut, because I ran out and my first thought was, "How can I wait 2 days for Amazon to get this to my house? I have to get on Amazon NOW. What am I gonna do?" I still have some of the milk chocolate version, and it's amazing, don't get me wrong. Love it. But this variety blows it away. It doesn't taste like white chocolate, but wait -- hear me out -- it tastes like the most amazing caramel candy you can imagine, low carb or full carb! It's sweet, a little salty, vaguely nutty, and hugely addictive. It has peanut butter consistency, so it's (too) easy to just eat it straight from the jar. This is something I've never said about any low-carb product ever: "I would eat this even if I wasn't watching carbs." In fact, "I would eat it on a boat. I would eat it with a goat. I would eat it sitting in my recliner in my jammies watching General Hospital." Okay, gotta go place that order now. Mmmbye!

Taste is good, texture is slightly oily
I like the taste of this one, but the palm oil is quite noticeable in the mouth feel and texture. I wish it was thicker like Nutella. I did realize that if I keep it refrigerated then the texture is much better, but then it isnt spreadable. I think I like it better cold and eaten with a spoon! I love the use of monk fruit.

Holy cow is this yummy!!!
Seriously yummy! I watch what I eat. I try to eat clean but sometimes you just gotta go for it and indulge. With that said this is a low carb low sugar free product. I put this on top of a piece of keto cheesecake. Delicious. I made some keto peanut butter cookies but didn't have enough peanut butter so I used half a cup of this. Oh my gosh was it killer!!! My non keto family members went nuts over them. I will try all the flavors eventually. Highly recommend.

NOT Diabetic Friendly plus Kicked Out of Keto
I've ordered this several times. I've written reviews about this before that used to be live, but it appears Amazon lost or deleted them for some reason. Not happy about that, because the way this is advertised is misleading, and it's downright dangerous for diabetics. Normally any keto food is going to be diabetic-safe. This is advertised as keto-friendly. But it's not. And it's not safe for diabetics, so monitor your blood sugars carefully. The spike can come later than other foods, but it's extreme. And it shouldn't be able to happen if the nutritional information on the label was accurate. The problem appears to be the inclusion of ingredients that are being labeled as fiber when they aren't actual fiber. The FDA allows this because they act like fiber in some respects. But that doesn't mean they won't spike your blood sugar, which in turn spikes your insulin and kicks you out of ketosis. I tested this several times with the white chocolate hazelnut and cookie butter versions in 2022. After a couple of spoons, I'd see an 80-point blood sugar spike. And that was testing it alone, in a fasted state, specifically to test my response to this. I made the mistake of hoping it was a fluke or that things improved, so I got another one Jan 2023. On the plus side, I'd received quite a few damaged, opened containers last year because Amazon was shipping these in bags that were getting beat up in the delivery process. This new one came sealed safely and in a box instead, so hopefully that means Amazon worked out the delivery problems that led to damages. The bad news though is that this is still 100% not diabetic safe, and it is definitely not keto friendly. I saw my ketones drop from .9 (nutritional ketosis) to .3 (out of ketosis) within several hours of eating this. Again, it was eaten in a fasted state to test, and I didn't eat anything until measurements were finished hours later. As for the blood sugar increase, I shot up 100 points. Based on the keto-friendly claims and net carbs listed on the nutritional label, if they were accurate, this wouldn't even be possible. So disappointing, because these are delicious, especially the white chocolate hazelnut (the cookie butter tasted almost more like a salted caramel flavor). But if you're working hard to stay in ketosis, or especially if you're diabetic, these are not a good choice unfortunately. Side note: The texture varies widely. If you order in winter, they come like a thicker spread. If you order during warmer weather, these drip like a liquid sauce instead. Just keep that in mind if you order them anyway based on your intended use.

Lower your expectations
The packaging makes it seem like they’d taste unique or incredibly good. I got the milk chocolate and the white chocolate out of curiosity, I hoped that they’d taste okay considering that they’re still heavily processed. They just taste horrible man I can’t even sugar coat it, both flavors were disgusting. I tried convincing myself that maybe with toast there’d be a difference but nah. Don’t waste your money but if you’re curious just try it for yourself.
