I was actually nervous too buy it but I tried it anyway and it actually works perfectly it make me sweat a lot like crazy I lost weight because of it recommended definitely.

Got the wrong product color as shown in the picture…….the size also was smaller compared to what was shown in the picture……been week and still no reply!

The belt width is too small. Can't even cover half of the stomach.

I like the material and that it really gets a good sweat. I dislike it runs big so if size down if you want a tight fit.

I only started using this, this week. But I do notice SO MUCH MORE SWEAT when I take it off. I walk about 2 miles a day in it. I have not been using it long enough to notice results yet but so far so good! It is also very comfortable. I can sit in it or jog and it is still comfortable.

This is a great waste trainer to have a nice sweat even when walking. It’s comfortable if running and/or walking, the Velcro strength is strong even after a wash. It doesn’t move while working out, it stays in place. A great fit. I have ordered multiple over time for myself and others. I always recommend this as a great sweat it out waste trainer. I hope my review helps you with your purchase.
