This is a great brand of Bovine Gelatin. I used to use other brands and my friend told me about Perfect and now I use them for lots of food and supplement items. This is a company I feel is transparent and has good quality supplements that work and you can trust! Doesn’t have much of a smell and u am very sensitive to smells. It is easy to mix into recipes and always tastes great and works great in any recipe I’ve tried. I use this to make gelatin eggs in recipes since I am allergic to eggs and it works well! It’s a great deal, you get a lot in the canister! I wood highly recommend this product!

I have used this twice now to make homemade health conscious gummy bears and gut healing marshmallows. It works great! No weird taste and my kids approve!

I tried to use in no bake desserts and I just didn't have luck with consistency. I've used a fish collagen in smoothies that doesn't seem to be quite as potent so I tried this. In pudding and marshmallow, this did come out like pieces of cow hide ...I will keep trying and diversify my attempts. I did not detect a flavor at all just a very pale yellow color and solid form that didn't work for us. I can add to smoothies and stews so not a total loss. The dog has also been served some for a limp, which did disappear...after allowing product to bloom.
