Easy to use
This is a good item. Sturdy plastic and easy to read. It can be pushed into the soil, stuffed into a bush etc. or even sitting in a pipe. Easy to use.

Perfect for weather amateur who does not want or need expensive electronics. Perfect gift for grumpy old men who like to complain about the weather! I decorate mine with colored waterproof stickers/tape to make it less likely to be stepped on...
