Quality is top notch. It's quite large. Fit for xl glove size. Ergonomics and range of motion are unique. Opinion is this is inferior to the roll up bar grip type attachments. Works good for variety. Would like amazon to pay me for this review.

Perfectly designed. Great for climbers.
This workout tool is perfectly designed for forearm development. The hand position distributes the load evenly throughout the anterior forearm. I got it to improve my climbing ability on sloping holds and endurance, and it works great. Doing wrist curls with a fully closed grip seemed to only work the part of the forearm close to the elbow and neglect the finger tension component. Using this exerciser makes you flex the wrist with the fingers. Excellent.

An excellent idea and design!
I've always struggled with getting a satisfactory contraction and pump with forearm curls. The first time that I hung some weight on the Wristmax and tried it, I finally figured it out.If you perform forearm curls with an open palm instead of a closed fist (such as around the center of a dumbbell) then you can actually contract the forearm more. Wristmax is designed specifically for that purpose. It's easier to curl the hand up, bending at the wrist and pumping the forearm. Why is it easier to forearm curl with an open palm instead of a closed fist? Well to be honest I'm still not sure as I'm hardly an anatomist. If you have trouble with forearm workouts though then I would recommend giving this product a try.

Outstanding
Great piece of equipment for training wrists and forearm flexors. I use mine with a loading pin. Thank!

Game changer. From a Rock Climbing perspective.
I bought this mainly to assist with sloper strength training for rock climbing. I have been very pleased with this training instrument so far. It is high quality and has a pleasant look to it. It has helped me to isolate the wrist and forearm flexors better than anything else. I thought about getting a roller wrist device but it seems to me that this is much closer to what I am training for. I have been using this with a loading pin and not with cable machines. Highly recommend.
