Works for less water on floor
This works for less water on the floor but the part that floats gets water in it that gets a horrible smell like it’s rotten, don’t see where it can come apart to clean and sanitize, every day when I change the water the smell is horrible I thought it was the filter so I removed it, and the next day when emptying it to wash the same horrible smell. I will have to get rid of this as this can’t be good for my puppies. I would suggest not purchasing this item. I need to change my review, luckily I saved my info plus watched the video on this and it does come with a tool to take apart and clean, so I will give it 5 stars as it works pretty well for us with 3 mini Schnauzers.

This works and is fantastic
I had 2 older dogs . The oldest dog was starting to get water all over the place. Driving me crazy I found this WATER WONDER by accident. And I am so glad I did it is Fantastic. No more water all over the place it was very easy to train them. I brought the larger one . Right decision it is wonderful. Unfortunately I lost my oldest dog about 2 month after I started using this fantastic item. Thank you for 2 month of joy . L.Harrison ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Problem solved
One of our dog dribbles a lot after drinking water. At times we were dry mopping. This completely stopped. We even purchased a second one. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, you have to buy filters for it. It does collect a dust-like film in the bottom corners so we clean it once a week, but wipes out easily. Recommend pulling the floating square apart from time to time and when replacing filter -it gets pretty icky on the inside. Does come with a small tool for the filter and to pry it apart -you won't break the floating center pulling it apart if you rotate sides to loosen (though it comes apart tough and may feel like it). So it's a few extra cleaning steps and needs filters.

Works surprisingly well
We have a sheepdog-poodle mix with a "beard" who makes a complete mess when she drinks, so I got this for traveling. When I received it, I didn't see how it would work, but she took to it almost immediately. I'm not sure it's completely spillproof in that I don't know how well it would contain water INSIDE a vehicle but it didn't spill at all in the back of our truck. And it doesn't allow her to play in the water, tip over her bowl or get water all over her face. I was also worried that she wouldn't get enough water but she seemed just fine. Well worth the money.

Working so far.
As described. Working so far for puppy not spilling it. Holds a good amount of water.

It works!
I spent a week at my brother and SIL’s house. They have a fantastic dog but he’d stick his whole face in his water bowl, dribble all over the floor and down the wall, and then rub his face on my leg, or worse, put his snout right in my crotch! All the water and dog dribble grossed out my SIL. I sent this as a dog present and she said it’s a total win! He’s a dog after all, so it’s not 100% but she feels that as may as well be! This almost instantly resolved the issue and the very good boy started using it without hesitation!

Buyer Beware! This is a great product but you MUST clean it!
This is a great bowl and it has greatly reduced the messes my German Shepard used to make when drinking from a normal bowl. The dog got used to the bowl quickly and we never looked back. Fast forward 3 weeks and my dog started getting sick (from both ends). Took him to the vet and they werent 100% sure what was wrong with him but almost $400 later they sent me home with special GI food to hope that fixes him. The next day I noticed he wasn't drinking much water. And then it dawned on me that I had not cleaned his bowl since I first got it. With the floating cover, it is hard to see or smell anything that could be in the bowl, so I just never thought of anything being wrong with it. Long story short, this was completely my fault, not the bowls or the companies (as they tell you clearly in the ad to clean it periodically.) So this is mostly a PSA to get this bowl but also make sure you are a responsible dog owner and clean it very often!
