Not the highest quality material but so far the wrist strap is doing what it was meant to do for a decent price. Since they give you two of them I have an extra one because I only wear it on my right wrist. I’ve only washed them one time and so far they appear to be undamaged

I have had no position that was comfortable to sleep because my right wrist has carpal tunnel and fingers on that hand go to sleep. I would wake up with the hand licking in the night and fingers asleep. My left wrist had surgery years ago reattaching all the fingers to the hand when I broke my wrist! Every night now - I wrap up both wrists and OMG it's like I have no problem - at all!!!!!!! These bands are wonderful,
