Well worth it!
This servo works exactly as expected, and it is SO MUCH CHEAPER than the OEM one, which costs several times more at $128-ish up to $400-ish at the dealer. Also, since this servo only changes the mode when you select a different mode of AC, which is rare, otherwise it does nothing, you really do not need the OEM one. Before buying this one, I attempted to clean the old one based on some recommendations on the web, but that only improved it but did not solve the problem entirely. Even if it worked, it may still fail soon. For 20 bucks, it's not worth the trouble. If your climate control servo is not working properly, just replace the old one with this one.

Works like a charm at such low price
I bought this one marked as Amazon prime, thinking if it does not do the job will return and try more expensive ones, to my pleasant surprise, this Air mode servo for my RX 300 2000 is a perfect fit, took me less than 5 min to install, every mode works perfectly for the first time in the last a few years. Got this idea from YouTube video, first took my old one off did a few things as remove and apply new grease on the servo circuit dial etc. issues remains (can't engage in one of the mode).Let's see how long this can last, cross fingers.

Doesn't work properly - returned
CBK Climate Control Damper Servo for Lexus GS300 1998-2005, RX300 1999-2003 3.0L 87106-30371I installed this in my 2002 IS300 and while it fit properly, it did NOT work properly. At first glance it appears to work correctly. However - the damper arm does not rotate to the correct position - it's off by about 1/2 inch. Therefore, it does not 'push' the vent arms far enough to be completely open/closed depending on position. While you do get airflow from the proper vents (mostly), the flow is weak as the vents are not completely open/closed.I returned it and bought an OEM DENSO replacement on Ebay.

Worked Perfectly in my 2002 Lexus RX 300
This part worked Perfectly in my 2002 Lexus RX 300. There was a loud grinding/screeching sound coming from behind my dash for the first 10-15 seconds in which the 'Mode' button to control the car's airflow direction was set to my head. Replacing the existing servo motor to control the car's airflow with this one completely fixed the sound and the motor has functioned exactly as the OEM one did before it was breaking. The installation was relatively easy and took about an hour. You'll definitely want to have a stubby Phillips screwdriver and might also want a magnet to help with catching some of the screws so that they don't fall behind the trim. One important note is that the metal peg on this part slips into a white plastic channel, which controls the defroster direction. There is a second peg, that will remain with the car when you remove the old motor, which will slip into the white plastic channel of this part. It's important to align both of these or the airflow direction will not change correctly.I've attached a photo with the OEM part on the top and the replacement part on the bottom.
