Sharp knives
Sharp knives but rather thin - have to take care not to bend them. It is a bit tight to put the knives into slits of the holder. Overall good quality, use them over a year now.

Loved it but too pricy
There is nothing that I didn’t like about this set. Everything is just perfect with Japanese steel. But too too pricy can’t believe I spent 11k on knives, I don’t regret it though. If you need quality you have to spend money.

La lame du couteau de cuisine n'est pas assez haute.Lames bien aiguisées.Système de pose (sans que la lame touche) efficace.
