La Tiendita Essentials 300 degree Bloom Gelatin (2lb) beef unflavored gelatin powder, strongest gelatin in the market, premium, 32 Ounces

I use gelatin often in baking and cold desserts, and this is the strongest one I've ever used. The stevia-sweetened gummies made with this are the chewiest ever! It does have an odor straight out of the package, perhaps a bit "meaty", as gelatin IS an animal byproduct. However, I've never had it affect the finished product in any way. I find that I do need less of this than other brands. It's the only one I'll buy from now on.

This gelatin is amazing, especially compared with Knox from the grocery store and anyone who thinks there's no difference is a fool. It firms up in minutes in some recipes. As with most gelling agents, high acidity will create the need for more gelatin and takes longer to firm up, but it's still super quick and firm. This is also ideal for gelatin art/ gelatin cakes.

This was perfect for my project. The bolstered bloom strength really makes a difference.

I tried 3 times before posting my comments.This product is not 300 bloom, and it’s easily to be torn while working on your 3D gelatin flowers.It’s definitely not “The strongest gelatin in the market “ as the statement printed on the bag.It’s actually quite yellow and cloudy (even without adding sugar, citric acid, and food flavoring).In addition, it has strong odor!!If you but it, you’ll regret.

This Gelatin smells very bad and even though I mix it with strong ingredients, it still smells like unwashed cow hide. It has a barnyard scent and I will not be able to use it. I am also unable to return it as it is considered a “food Item”.
