My 3 year old granddaughter LOVES this bike! Its very sturdy and she does amazing with it! The first morning she had the bike, she has been used to a tricycle and just learned to petal 2 months ago, she jumped on this bike and took off! Mt husband and I were shocked she could just jump on a ride! And it's an adorable bike!

This bike turned out to be perfect for my 4 year old daughter! She loves it. The colors are very pretty and it looks like an expensive bike. It was difficult to put together...took me a couple hours. It did not mention anywhere in the instructions about putting on the pink wheel guard things, so good luck figuring that part out. Overall great purchase.

I recently purchased this bike, and overall, it's a great product—well made and suitable for kids aged 3 and up. The design is flexible, and once assembled, it functions well. However, I did run into some trouble with the assembly. The YouTube video instructions were not entirely accurate—some pieces wouldn’t fit as shown. Specifically, the doll seat attaches to the seat itself, not the fender as the video suggests. Also, the bolts didn’t seem to fit initially, but after figuring out the correct direction for them, everything fell into place.My advice: Don’t rely too heavily on the YouTube video; instead, use the images in other customer reviews to guide you through assembly. I also reached out to product support for assistance, and they were very responsive, providing additional instructions and images. They even offered to replace any missing parts, but it turned out I didn’t need any replacements once I got the assembly right.The manual itself could use some improvements, as it wasn’t as clear as it could be. But once the bike was put together, it’s been smooth sailing. My child enjoys riding it, and I’ve had no further issues.Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely. Despite the initial assembly hiccups, the bike is sturdy, versatile, and my child loves it. It’s a great purchase for the price.

This is the cutest bike! The pedals are hard to get used to / push forward. Something they will get used to. Overall, a heavy well made bike for the money. The baby basket is adorable, however, if they are shorter like my littler girl, there’s not much room to install it unless the seat is raised. Lastly, the assembly took a while (and my husband is in the profession of putting cars together). Can’t wait to our daughter to ride around and learn. Perfect first bike!

I bought the Joystar 16-inch bike for my child, and putting it together was a nightmare. The instructions were vague and didn’t even explain how to attach the little basket. I had to pause and look up a YouTube video just to figure it out.What I thought would take maybe 30 minutes ended up dragging on for more than two hours. The tools that came with it were awkward and confusing, and the nuts and screws were so hard to deal with that I started worrying I wasn’t doing it right.Even now that it’s assembled, I don’t feel confident about the bike. The parts don’t seem as solid as they should, and I’m nervous something might come loose while my child is riding. Honestly, I hated the whole process of twisting those bolts and screws.For a kids’ bike, I expected it to be more straightforward and better thought out. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re really handy and have your own tools on hand.

We ordered a bike and realized it was too small. Customer service was quick and efficient sending us a bigger bike. Both sizes had all the parts and worked great. Amazing customer service!

I bought this bicycle for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. The first thing SHE noticed was the basket was not attached to the bicycle and her father had to tell her the basket was broken. First off, you’re charging too much for the product if items are falling off the bicycle. The plus is the bicycle fit her and she has room to grow and can continue to ride it for a couple more years. It’s cute, but you’re still charging too much for it!
