Nicely made real kitchen tool.
This little knife seems beautifully made. Comes sharp and made of higher quality steel than one expects at a reasonable price. Easy to sharpen and holds its edge surprisingly long.

Finally… a Knife That’s Actually Sharp
Finally, a paring knife that isn’t dull out of the box. This thing is sharp enough that it immediately makes you feel like you know what you’re doing in the kitchen. It feels solid, cuts clean, and handles small prep really well. I went from fighting tomatoes to slicing like a top-class chef (at least in my head). If you’re tired of “new” knives that feel like butter spreaders, this one actually delivers. Sharp, comfortable, and does exactly what it should.

Beautiful, Sharp and amazing to work with
Its a Beautiful knife - extremely Sharp and amazing to work with. Looks great too so it looks good along with my Wusthof collection. There are some plastic handle cheap looking boning knives which are actually great to use but look so ugly I wouldn’t have been able to keep it in my knife block. I can’t speak for professionals who need to use it all day. They may have other requirements. I only plan to use it once or twice a week maybe.

Very sharp easy to use
Very sharp. Easy to hold and use. I have learned to be careful how I put the sharp knives away. I used just throw them in the drawer, that's how they dull. Now carefully to place in separate area. Also cutting on a stoneware plate will dull them. This knife is good knife

My husband loves this knife! It fits perfectly in his hand and he says his wrist doesn't get sore even after long use. It seems a bit heavier for me as I have small hands. It has a very good sharp blade and does a terrific job!

I lost my favorite paring knife and ordered this as a temporary replacement. It has turned out to be a great knife. Very sharp and it seems to be a very high quality construction. I am completely satisfied with it and I won’t be needing to replace it.

Excellent produit, peu d’entretien et garde la lame tranchante plus longtemps

It's a three dressed up as a nine. Not sharp at all from the factory. The steel is really soft, I doubt it's actually VG10. Forms a really sticky burr that is difficult to remove. Can be made sharp with effort. Price was good on sale and it really looks nice

Satisfait de cet achat. Car ce petit couteau tient bien en main ce qui est rare pour un couteau de cette taille.
