This was my second mat of this kind. My first one lasted for years but I was ready for a fresh new color. I teach yoga four days a week. This mat is superb due to its thickness and has just the right amount of stickiness. I ordered the olive green this time and it's beautiful. Its not a dull color --its a nice medium tone green. My first mat was the forest green which was also nice. Its more like a dark teal color and not a dark green.6/5/15 updateI ordered another one of these because I still love everything about it- length, firmness, thickness, stickiness and colors. My last one was the olive color which I adored but it had gotten uncleanably ( word?) dirty. I used it in public venues so it happens.... This time I purchased the orange and it's very nice. There is no strap with this but that's is ok. I have plenty of extra straps I can use.6/22/2016still love this mat. loved the orange one but it wouldn't clean up anymore. I ordered the /blue/black one. I like it also but do take note that it's s tad shorter then the regular single color mats.

I use mats for yoga and meditation, and find brand names and logos distracting to my practice. Why anyone would want a brand's logo being part of their spiritual experience is beyond me. This mat is a perfect thickness, and the green color is tasteful and not a 'Wal-Mart' feeling color like hyper primary green if that makes sense. I've had it for a few months and there's no visible wear yet.The only criticism is that one end has a possibly permanent crease. Every time I roll it, I try to roll it tightly in the opposite direction of the crease, and every time I unfold it I set it so the crease is flattened when stepped on. It seems to be slowly going away, but it's still there. I bought another mat by this manufacturer and it had the same issue. If they simply cut that end off, the mat would be better.But even with this relatively small issue, this is still my favorite mat I've ever used!

The mat is very good. It is cushiony enough for my knees, it's quite long and wide so you fit more than ok and it has a nice grip.The bad thing is that although I cleaned and aired it, the shiny plastic-smelling substance it has on top doesn't go away. It's a shame because it makes it more slippery than it should be.

This has survived several moves already (yes, in a short amount of time) and it is very comfortable. My toddler likes to lie down on it and even mimics yoga with me on it. I even used it under her baby blanket when she was first trying to learn to be mobile and it was a great buffer to prevent her from injuring herself on the laminate flooring. It's still lightweight enough to carry with me and I LOVE that it's phthalate free. It hasn't torn or cracked despite heavy and varied use!Mine was not slippery at all, but I washed it down with warm water and dried it first, plus wash it every week or every other week depending on how often I use it.I plan to buy two more - one for my husband and one for our daughter to grow into.

It's pretty good, just kinda slippery sometimes but it's overall good. Would recommend

Love this mat! Great quality, perfect thickness, and I love all the color choices. Absolutely worth the money! I heard the mat is much stickier after you wash it and let it air dry, but this one was perfect when I got it, very happy with the product, great mat for beginners

Good for 70+ year old knees. More weight with minimal extra bulk when rolled.

This is a Yoga mat, which is what I use it for! At the age of 74, I am brand new to yoga, working with a yoga teacher one on one. I love the feel of the mat, and am enjoying learning a new way to stay healthy!I have no idea of the durability yet, but it feels like it will last for quite awhile.
