CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR INSTALLATION
They don’t tell it evidently to book your installation hence many, like me would miss out to get it installed the next day. Product seems fine and installation was done neatly even though they won’t schedule it for you. Except for such lacklustre behaviour from the brand, rest is fine. Will update if I see any issues.

Go worry free
Very useful, easy to use and removes the hassle of carrying keys. There is no OTP option for one time visitors like gas delivery etc and the model doesn't have app configuration ! These features costs a bomb which can be made more affordable. Product build quality is very good. Everybody in my home is using this with their fingerprint registered !

Pathetic experience
It was pathetic experience, the display was not working, hence the person went to change the front panel. If you planning to by this product be ready to leave everything and follow up for the installation, as amazon no role post selling this product.

Installation service
Product quality is very very good but company installation service is very very bad. Incomplete installation done by service man. Need to improve installation service, otherwise remove the said free service.
