My boyfriend and I wear an XL. I ordered the 3X and it fit just right but still worked for us. IF YOU are looking for a shirt 1X and above in my opnion this shirt is not for you. In my opinion the 3X=Size XL

I love these shirts but be forewarned they run small. I Had to send back my first order cause I normally wear an XLT in Tshirts. I finally found XXXLTwas what fit me in these. There has not been excessive shrinking or fading in the wash. I now own 4 of them. Great color selections. Here's me in one of my favorites

The shirt length is good im 6ft 2in The shirt is made for an athletic build more or less. Im 250 6ft 2in and the 3x was good

Sleeves are too tight

I wear a 2x. I ordered a 3x and it was too small... I would probably order a 5x next time. My biceps are normal sized about 16in, the sleeves are so tight on this it was ridiculous.
