Worked for 1 week
Bought a Voyager scanner, worked well for about a week then wouldn't stop beeping. Set up an RMA to Honeywell who ended up telling me the scanner was bought from a non authorised retailer and just sent it back. Save your money and buy one from someone who is supposed to be selling these units.

Fairly long leadtime product - completely dead and unchargeable battery
Have now bought three of these - first two worked fantastic. The last one was a $300 scanner that was dead out of the box. Long lead time (two week delivery). Battery would not charge. Scanner dead on arrival. Had to order a replacement battery - now waiting another three weeks - and another $100. Luckily had a replacement scanner to use in the meantime.

The seller is first rate
After several efforts to make these units work with our POS system we were unable. The seller has been very helpful and took all three units back without issue. Would happily buy from them again!

Slow and Dim. Could not see them being used live.
I had High hopes for this product. We use a lot of scanners. I was looking for a lower cost alternative to the data logic scanners. The product description on Amazon met my criteria for 1D scanning for sometimes hard to read bar codes. Unfortunately, this product was the worst of the products that I've tested so far. Even the $19.95 low cost scanners out performed this one. in laser quality, speed, and ease of use. The manual for this is 228 pages long! All I needed was a Tab suffix. The instructions are clear but in effective. I eventually repeated the steps in reverse and somehow it started working. All in all the performance was the main deal breaker for me so I returned the two I purchased.
