Received the bottle in good condition. I had used preview the same brand but smaller bottle and being delighted by the quality of the product decided to buy a bigger bottle this time. My husband has had several surgeries on his shoulders and was still in pain, I was told to try Prossage. Very nice warming, penetrating ointment. I had a terrible sciatica issue for three months and could not walk normally for the first few days. This product provided penetrating, deep relief. This product actually works a bit for sore muscles. It also works well for injuries. You don’t need to use much. A little goes a long way. Good price.

Do not believe the claims to this. It doesn't get warm, nor does it feel warm after it's on your skin. My massage therapist told me to buy Queene Helen Cocoa Butter lotion and heat it in a small lotion bottle. Set the bottle in a pan of hot water for 15-30 minutes, and you'll have better results. I bought a plastic container that looks like those refillable ketchup bottles.Perfect! Don't waste your money on this. The bottle cost me $1.00 and Queene Helen is very inexpensive for a large bottle. BTW, I returned it to Amazon and got a very speedy refund! ;-)

I h have been using this product for over 18 years in my practice ! A little goes a long way! Pricy , but worth it!!! Great for deep tissue and medical massage!!!

I have a masseuse apply it for my neuropathy. It works a lot like Icy hot or Bio Freeze but not as strong and doesn't really have cooling effects.
