This device was recommended by my physical therapist. It is worth every penny! I have problem arthritic knees. A gentle one minute stretch 2 or 3 times ma day has already improved my knee mobility. I highly recommend it. Probably best to check with an MD or PT first to be sure it is appropriate for your issue.

Great product for clients that have really tight hamstrings.

Excellent. Provides much better structure and support for hamstring strengthening. Recommended by my chiropractor. Easy on lower back.

This product is crazy expensive for what it is. A few pieces of cheap/thin metal tubing and some straps. My guess is $5 each to produce in china (maybe less).... That all being said, I'm mostly annoyed that the creator can make such an amazing product, dirt cheap and make a killing on it! The device, the way it locks your knee and gives you leverage is absolutly amazing. I've been combatting some severe sciatic pain and hip pain for 5 years. The pain was just enough to limit my mobility but not enough to force me to undergo surgery.... It was fustrating. I would take Advil 2-3x per week to sleep. I've spent money on every suplement, and gadget, to help my hip to no avail. (yoga straps, massagers, supplements, you name it)... Finally I bought a peanut shaped "infinity ball".... This was amazingly helpful! it made me realize that possibly my issues are soft tissue related and not skeletal like the doctors said (requiring surgery)...I later found a Physiotherapist on youtube that recommended this overpriced piece of lifechanging equipment... I spent the $60 and could not have been happier, the stretch it allows on my IT band and legs makes me cry, but the relief is amazing. No longer to I hardly EVER take Advil (only 2x in 9 months!!!) but i'm back to running 15 miles a week and am pain free... I do notice if i back off stretching for 2 months or so a slight return occurs... at that point I just dedicate 20 mins a day using this device for a week or two and will be pain free.... Overpriced and worth every single dollar. You can achieve so much more than with a yoga strap or self stretches (although I still do self stretching in conjuction with this tool)....

I was skeptical as I hit “place order” but am finding that if you use it several times a day, it really stretches problem (tight) areas and provides pain relief.

Exact same one they use at my physical therapy. Works good just a little expensive. But when it comes to you health I really don’t matter. Especially dealing with the legs.
