Super for my porch during the hot & humed days!! My porch measure is 12ft by 24ft & this unit keeps my porch nice & cold.

This thing is amazing me every day. It is cold enough to power a walk in cooler and it freezes me out every day. I've run the exhaust vent out a window and just boarded up the window, with a hole the size of the vent. It is packed with insulation on the back side of the board and finished with wall board. The water that it accumulates is run out the floor and into the dirt below the house. This thing works and it really doesn't make too much noise at all. It has a great timer and will shut down when you schedule it to. I love it except now I'm cold. 😁🤣

It works great and cools my small bedroom within minutes. But it stopped working after 2 years, and when it was put on cool mode, it would only cool for a few minutes before automatically switching back to fan mode. I almost bought a new one, but researched that cleaning the inside of the unit, and getting rid of the layers of dust, could help it cool again. Customer service did not help me which was frustrating, and it was very hard to take off the back. I unscrewed everything but then had to force the back to come off and broke it a little bit. But once I cleaned the whole backside and air filters of dust, it works amazing again! Clean it first before seeing if you need to get a new one.

Live in Southeast United States where the temperature in the spring and summer ranges from 80s- 100s. Use this AC to add some additional coolness to my bedroom without cooling the entire apartment. Very easy to set up, and was able to get up and running within 15 min of delivery. Have been using every day for about a month. It is a little louder, but I typically sleep with a white noise machine and this fits right in. This is a smaller unit, so only feedback that I have is that you need to ensure that it continuously runs throughout the day if there is no secondary AC unit. Central AC went out about a week ago for a day and apartment got to the high 80s. Did not have this portable AC unit on and it took it a couple hours to fully cool my bedroom ( door closed and vents sealed while central AC was out) from high 80s to high 60s.

I replaced my old 9,000 BTU portable A/C with this one. It was well packaged, delivered on time, was easy to unpack, and very easy to install. The rollers are sturdy, and I was able to move it into place easily, using the handle at the top on the back to guide it. It cooled my large living room quickly on high speed, then has maintained the temperature I set on low speed, which is pretty quiet. The remote came with batteries, and also works well. Very happy with this purchase!

We bought this product twice. The first time in April, 2023 and the second time in June 2023. The one we bought in June has been used in our living room and up until now, it has worked amazing. No issues. Well, unfortunately today, that all changed. If we try to use the cool setting, it will automatically turn off after 1 minute with the error code “E5” on the little display. I read through the manual and nowhere does it mention the E5 Error code. I cleaned the little filters to see if maybe that would help solve the issue but no luck. It works just fine on the fan setting but not the cooling setting. Another review (From July 2024) mentioned this error code as well. They said they had to contact customer service and after struggling to get in contact, they were told that they don’t know what it means and that they just need to replace the entire unit. I just contacted support and I’m waiting to hear back, hopefully with better news than that customer received. If I get told how to fix this or they offer to replace our unit, I’ll update my review and let y’all know. As of right now though, I’m highly disappointed. When we ordered this, we paid $340. As of right now, this is not worth $340. We’ve only had this a year.

I bought this because my bedroom is warm and I cannot sleep in a hot room. I needed to cool it off at night only and I did not want a window unit. It was fairly east to get it set up to run. One problem I had was the sliding piece that sits in the window was way too long so I had to get creative to get to use it. Love the remote. noise: it’s loud but I do not mind it as I use fan to sleep. It gets really cold! (Which is good). I have had it a few months with no issue. Make sure you have a large bucket or something for the draining hose. Overall I would recommend. It was a good purchase!

Unit worked fine for cooling our room but the fan is REALLY loud. I am using this to be cooler at night and it ran all night long. That was the nice part because it had a continuous thrum versus it turning of and then immediately turning back on again. The sleep function is for ENERGY EFFICIENCY only. It will adjust the temperature by 2 degrees up by the morning, which is not good for a cold environment. I would totally recommend if you wanted this for any other location in your house or office, just not for your bedroom.
