Se me hizo práctica y fácil de limpiar. Lo único es que se calienta por el uso constante, incluso sale humo después de usarla un rato. Debo esperar a que se enfríe o termino batiendo a mano. La uso para hacer jabones y si se calienta mucho. Para la cocina no se como funcione.
