Hydrocollator 00-2102-3 Heating Units with Packs, E-1 with 2 Standard and 2 Neck

Love this! Works great in my practice. It is slightly wobbly, but not a biggie.

I bought this hydrocollator and used it for less than 2 months in my newly stablished chiropractic office. The sides of the unit from inside is already badly rusted and has disintegrated. There are small cracks around the unit wall and a yellowish water leaks out of the unit. it has damaged the table underneath it and I am afraid that it would be dangerous to use it at my office. I contacted the seller but they never got back to me. I paid all that money for 2 months only. I am very unhappy with my purchase.

Product was overheating and leaking from day one. It burnt all of my hot packs, and the water is constantly brown despite cleaning. It rusted over and has been a disaster for the clinic. Going with a different brand.

Filled up the hydro collator and turned on. Checked back a few hours later and it wasn’t warm at all. Left it overnight and it leaked and still did not warm up. Did get approval for return of this product though. I’ll have to update after I return it and everything is processed.

I like the quality the performance of the hydrocolator but it came with a missing knob in the back that’s is used to increase or decrease the temperature. I complained about it about 4 weeks ago and I got a response asking me for more details. I sent them a picture of the missing knob and I got another response asking me again for more detail and I resent the picture of the missing knob and I never heard back from them.

I had a Chattanooga Hydrocollator years ago that was great and lasted for years. Then I bought one in 2017 that lasted just over 2 yrs and died, got a new one and it lasted 9 months. So I used the warranty on that one. However, it's 18 months old and just died. $500 for it to die just out of warranty twice and once during the warranty time. I'm done with these and will be changing brands. I'm rather pay less money and change it out every 2 years then pay this much and for the same time frame.

I’m not sure what to do about this item. It works well heating up the muscle tissue but it smells like rotten fish and smells up the whole office!

My last Hydrocollator lasted 25 years. This one has been leaking shortly after one year of use. Sorry, I would have left this review sooner, but I thought it was too late after my purchase. Plus, I really find it annoying that it doesn't have an on/off switch.
