These are great to use particularly if you are doing a paracleanse. This will make the cleansing process easier to endure but you'll still have to accommodate several visits to the toilet as the flushing of the toxins etc from you body continues.

These capsules are of good quality. They are an effective chelator of toxic metals. I found that my kidneys could not process the effects of them adequately so I had to discontinue, then resume with a reduced amount, one before each meal - two a day. When two are tolerated then I tried three a day in divided doses.

I have been using these for a heavy metal/parasite cleanse for about 10 days now. Very effective so far, bloating, brain fog and boosted energy.There are no dosage instructions because this is not a regulated product. If you want to use them to detox, you need to start on a high dosage and work down. Always seek advice first and do your research. I have started on 2x 5g a day, 10 capsules first thing in the morning and then 10 before bed, lots of mineralised water throughout the day.
