So glad I found this again. My daughter loves it. Great stories, poems and music varieties.

The battery goes fast if you do not shut it off and do not depend on the record your own stories because the littles will figure out how to record over it. BUT this is my 2 year old's favorite toy. I bought it for a road trip and it gave us HOURS of no whining. Now it is still an everyday favorite. She does ask us for help finding specific stories but she is only 2 and the product says 3 and up so I expected there to be a bit of a learning curve. There are SO MANY stories and songs and I love that it's without a screen!! If your little loves listening to stories this toy is a MUST. Do not hesitate, add it it your cart.

This thing is amazing! All my kids love it, from the 9 year old down to the 2 year old with the ages in between. We lost one & one quit working after a couple years (I’m hoping to somehow fix the error code) but I had to buy a 3rd now and will probably get a 4th cuz it’s used so much by all! The stories are fun and the songs and they record themselves all the time too. Get it!!

Great fun for the 3-year-old twins. They started playing with it as soon as the iron-clad packaging could be removed. Fun times on Christmas day.

We are on our 3rd purchase with this toy. My 3 year old LOVES this music/story reader and it’s such a great option for those on the go and something that can keep the kids entertained. Pros: -great to travel with -easily wiped down -small enough for little hands -cute stories, music, and record option -keeps kids away from screen Cons: -very easily jarred/broken if dropped (tail and battery backing) -volume goes up way too high, wish it didn’t as my 3 year old cranks it up sometimes -stories and music are easily deleted by my child. I feel like the port to go online with it should be the only way to do this -batteries run out fast if tail is not in “off” mode Overall, we’ve purchased multiple as they have broken easily, but they’re fairly cheap and easy to replace. If our daughter didn’t love this toy, we wouldn’t have bothered to purchase again.

My children love this super cute storytelling and song machine! It has many different features that can be utilized in a lot of different ways. As a teacher, I am always looking for ways to educate my kids in fun and unique ways. The story time setting is perfect for modeling what fluent, expressive reading sounds like. It also works to ignite the listener’s imagination as there is so screen. They must visualize characters, settings and the events taking place. There is also a setting called Sleepytime Lullabies that I love using when I’m trying to create a calm environment like at bath and bedtime. This gift was originally purchased for my 7 month old, but my 3 and 6 year old can’t get enough of it. This product is also very durable, as it has been dropped on the hard floor many times and still continues to work. Overall, it is well worth the money!

Fun mind active toy , kids play with it for hours.

My son got this for Christmas, 6 months ago. He still uses it almost daily. I love that it has classic stories and songs that aren't tied to popular characters. The only downfall is that it is not rechargeable. We bought rechargeable batteries though.
