a small but mighty must-have
these little dots are one of those things you get to try, then love them so much, you think, "why haven't I been using these my whole life?!" Here are awesome places for them:* the [F] and [H] keys on your keyboard to make them easier to find* function buttons on your keyboard (like F5, F11, etc) because you need them once in a while and hunting for them is annoying* the LIGHT button on your microwave (before I literally had to turn on the overhead light to find the light. yeah....)* the quick cook button on your microwave (mine is #1 on the keyboard that starts up a 1-min cycle)* the LIGHT button on the water dispenser in your fridge* the POWER button on your TV remote* the MUTE on your remotethese dots are small but mighty. try them. add them to things you're always hunting for. and watch your day become 30% less stressful (your results may vary.)

Game changers
Small lil things that have absolutely been game changers for my work flow - am learning new software that's hot-key based and was wasting an exorbitant amount of time hitting wrong keys and having it prompt the software into making a mess that I'd have to waste time fixing. Now with locators I can orient myself without having to continually look down, and no longer have to stop down to address those problems hitting incorrect keys caused -work is getting done in what feels like tens of minutes instead of hours or days, honestly. For the kind of work I'm currently doing, I have the best, ridiculously expensive hardware and software to produce end product, yet it's the smallest, cheapest thing I've bought for work that has made the biggest difference. Isn't that funny?

The dots stuck well.
When I received the sticky dots, I had doubts that they would stay put. It's been a while since I applied them and they have not moved. Simple solution.

Didn't have to buy a new keyboard!
My keyboard is one of the quietest, fastest and best on the market but I had worn out the printed characters on the keys and the touch dots. Others in my family that don't type by touch had a difficult time using the keyboard and I was finding it more difficult because my fingers couldn't find the home keys without looking at them. It was causing more mistakes and was frustrating so I started shopping for a new keyboard. But what a waste...until I figured out that for only a few dollars I could buy replacement Keyboard Stickers ($6 from Softamm) and these ($6) tactile bump dots from LOc-Dots. OH I LOVE them!! My keyboard is better than brand new because I don't see how I will ever wear out the character stickers and the dots don't seem to be coming off any time soon...and if they did, the package came with more than I need so I have spares. Definitely recommend these little things!

My new laptop lacked a tactile finder on the arrow keys
My old laptop came with a tactile dot on the down-arrow key, and I didn't realize how much I relied on that until I replaced it. After a lot of frustration I went looking to see if tactile dots were something you could just buy. Turns out yes! I stuck one of these on my down-arrow key and that entirely solved the problem.

Helps me avoid accidenly hitting the wrong key
The PC's calculator launch button is just to the right of delete key. After accidentally launching the calculator by missing the delete key, I decided I needed a touch typing indicator. These fit the bill! Now, when my finger reaches for the delete key, and doesn't feel the nub, I know I'm on the wrong key. Easy Peasy.

Necessary, but way overpriced.
For the price that I paid which I think was about seven bucks, I would’ve expected much more. I can’t imagine these dots cost more than 20 cents to produce. I’m using them, but they don’t always stick, and I hope some competitor will come along and cause this manufacturer to bring their price down to a reasonable range, or at least provide a larger quantity. I’m all for capitalism when it doesn’t devolve into greed.

Raised Dots in the center of a bigger circle!
I learned the hard way how to get these off the paper and stuck to the keys, wasting 2 of them trying to get one onto my F key. Then they felt weird on my fingers, after I got one stuck to F, one stuck to J, I only had 2 left. So not only are they not just dots, they are a raised part of a larger circle, and hard to get centered on keys. I put the other 2 on the backspace key, but felt really unhappy with the dots. I also thought I might like to put a dot on the shift keys, so I needed to buy more dots. I looked at other dots and ended up buying 100 bumper dots for just over the price I paid for these 6 dots. I tell you, go with different dots, look at 1/4 inch bumper dots. These dots just don't cut it.
