1 X PANASONIC BATTERIES - BR2032 - LITHIUM BATTERY, 3V, COIN CELL

I bought this specifically for an old iMac. I was swapping out the old HDD for a SSD and adapting mount so I figured I’d change this battery too and save myself the trouble of opening it later for that purpose. Very easy to swap out this battery too.

As I have a number of 2010 and current gen 2013/2014 Mac Pro’s, I needed to replace the CMOS battery. It’s important to note that the BR2032 is the only battery that will work - NOT the CR2032. I learned this the hard way after being informed the CR battery - most common now - will work with 2010 and 2012 Mac Pro5,1’s after my internal SATA HDD’s failed to mount. I assumed it was another issue as I upgraded all my Mac Pro’s with current generation genuine Apple hardware - WiFi ac BTLE 4.x, USB-C PCIe cards, SSD SATA III Boot Adapters, AMD Sapphire PULSE GPU’s - everything aside from Thunderbolt obviously. However, after checking everything throughly with ASD’s I found the CR battery was inadequate and found BR batteries online. Once I replaced the CR with the BR, everything loaded perfectly. I bought a few extra ones to have as backup as the BR2032 is near impossible to find these days.

Purchased this for remote key fob for my 2023 Ram 2500 promaster van. The normal batteries would not work properly when the fob was in the van overnight and the temps were in the 40s. Got this because it is supposed to work at low temps. Tested it before installing and it tested better than my new cr coin cells. Installed it in fob and it didn't work. Took it out and now it tests low, at room temp! Going to try a replacement. Replacement did the same thing,

Had to replace a CMOS battery in a new single-board PC urgently, because the original battery was at 1.7V (new device! 🤷🏻‍♂️). Didn't want to go with CS-type, so bought the right product. These worked great.
