We like the appearance!

I am a mechanic and I cannot for the life of me understand how this product is well reviewed. There is a triangular backing plate anchored to the wall, and then the back of the dispenser has triangular slats that should tension up against the plate. Or that is the idea but the slats are malleable, thin metals that provide such a weak connection that a secure connection is impossible. One slight tap and the dispenser would fall to the ground. Either I received a defective unit or I am a complete moron. Looking at the hundreds of 5 star reviews though it may be the latter!

Ease of use,

I love the look and the ease of install. I ordered 4 for our small business and they have worked well up to this point. After 8 months two of them have issues with the pump being stuck. We are not using any corrosive or abrasive cleaner. It does get a lot of use because we are a business, but I would think it could hold up to continual use since it says commercial. We may have to re-order, but don't want to keep buying the same one if this continues to occur.
