GREAT if you know what your getting and what youre going to use them for!!
AWESOME. Exactly what I needed, though I think the claim 40lbs is exaggerated. Unless you are using these on pure steel (which most of us aren't), you will not be getting 40lbs of holding power. The large hooks are FANTASTIC. The seem huge at first, but when you actually start to hang things on them, that 'extra room' is often 'just right' especially for pans. But, if you still dont like them, they are removeable (this will especially come in handy in a moment). If they aren't working as well as you thought they would, keep in mind two things:1.) vertical vs horizontal application - hanging them on a door or on your fridge is automatically going to cut the hanging power in HALF, versus hanging them upside down from the underside of a table or a stove.2.) type of metal: unfortunately in most household applications, the metal we need to hang them on is either too thin or a subpar type, and this means a weaker attraction. Personally, I feel like magnet companies/advertising should be more transparent about that issue, otherwise it just looks like they are misrepresenting their product.THAT BEING SAID, I have these in a few different applications in my house:Stove hood: they hold up cast iron and other heavy pans, very well. The cast iron still has to be hung with a bit of gentleness, but everything else I can just sling on the hooks. The point is, I can actually fit everything on these without having to use S hooks.Ceiling: find a screw/nail in your ceiling from hanging the drywall. This will stick right to it, albeit very weakly. Still enough power to hang cords, string lights, or light knick knacks without needing to make a hole!12 Socket Surge Protector: Here it is stuck onto an Ikea table leg adapter. Surprisingly, it holds here the strongest, and its a difficult task to remove the magnet if I need to adjust - you can really feel the strength of the magnet! It holds a fully plugged in surge protector with no trouble. The greatest feat: Hung on the air conditioner holding a Dyson charging station. For this one, I unscrewed the hooks, and used regular screws in the slots where youre supposed to screw it into the wall. Instead, I tightened the screws in the magnet base and voila! A hanging vacuum charger stand, now out of the way and with no harm done to my walls!I still have one left that I'm not sure where to apply it, but so far these versatile little guys have exceeded everything I need them for! Thanks for reading!!

Works well vertically for heavy items, and horizontally for medium weight items.
Does what I wanted them to do. I have some heavier frying pans hanging from vertically attached hooks, the heaviest thing I could hang from a horizontal was a large strainer. I'm also using them to hang bulkier, lighter items such as a plastic cutting board and a metal sink cover from the side of my fridge.

These don't bend easily, and I don't know what I'll use the ...
These DEFINITELY cannot hold 40 lbs...maybe 10 before they slide off or down the surface you attach them to.They ARE more open than the smaller hooks, but they're still too closed to hang anything other than potholders at my stove. But the hook itself (sans magnet base) is strong. I spent 30 minutes with 2 pairs of vicegrips and a hammer trying to open one of them just enough to hang my round, 8" cutting board with a < 1" diameter hole for hanging it up. These don't bend easily, and I don't know what I'll use the other 3 for, since they can't be bent and the angle to put most objects on the hook is too small for anything like a pan (although I'm not sure they could support that weight anyway).I do appreciate the stickers to protect the stove (or wherever) surface, but I was hoping for a lot more for $16. Shipping was super-fast, fulfilled by Amazon.

Love These!
I live in a condo with a small galley kitchen. One wall is actually a metal door which we have painted to match the kitchen walls. We have greatly increased the storage capacity in the kitchen by hanging kitchen items from magnetic hooks. Unfortunately, most of the magnetic hooks I've purchased will only hold lightweight items. I was delighted when I received these as they are strong (and large) enough to hold pots and pans! I immediately ordered another set to replace the weak magnets that have trouble holding a spatula! One note: the hook portion of the magnet was a bit too deeply curved for my specific purpose, but this was easily remedied with a bolt cutter.

They were perfect, so I ordered another set
I bought the first set of hooks a while back, but didn't use them until a couple weeks ago. They were perfect, so I ordered another set. I hold up sun screens on my SUV during agility trials with my dogs. They are much easier to use than the clamps I had been using. They hold the screens and stay in place. I recommend them to my friends at trials.

At last! Magnetic hooks that hold coffee mugs!
That is all I wanted! Yo hang my coffee mugs -lightweight- on my refrigerator. The hooks have to be large to accommodate the handles. These are. The velour backing is GREAT. The sparkly markers also, tho I haven't used them yer.

THESE HOOKS DO NOT HOLD 40 lbs A PIECE FOR EACH HOOK‼️ Company needs to reevaluate these!! Bummed!!!!

I love these!
I love these! I dont know what took me so long to look these up and find them. The have cleared up the mess outside my kitchen door. I just wish the hooks were not so curved so the mop & broom can be slipped in easily on the hook. As they are I have to turn the hook side ways when i go to hang my broom/mob/dustpan and then slide the hook back up. I think I will take a pair of pliers to one and see if I can open it a bit and see if that works better.
