Great over bags for turkey, ham and, hopefully shortly, prime rib! So easy to use. Directions in the box. Does keep juices with the meat - speeds up cooking time - and I appreciate how they reduce the cleanup time. Highly recommend!

I cook the the turkeys and spiral hams. These bags make them perfect every time. The bag decreases the cooking time and the meat is always done and moist. The meat pulls away from the bone with ease. I always cook turkey to 185, ham to 165, and let them rest an hour in the bag. I trim the meat in the pan after splitting the bag, less mess and cleanup is easy.

Really enjoy these cooking bags for hams, turkeys, roasts or whatever. These are large enough to accomodate pretty much anything. Prevents and splashing and spatter in the oven. Also helps the meat to retain juice so they always come out moist. Been using these for years and works great every time. Cleanup is much faster as well

These work so well - wish they made an ever larger one for 25+ lb turkeys. Makes turkey clean up a breeze - while the turkey stays moist. I love this product.

This is the BEST way to cook a turkey in the oven! It not only speeds up the time it takes, it also self bastes. There's no splatter or messy oven to clean up after cooking. I highly recommend this product. I flour the inside of the bag, as directed, and smear the turkey with canola oil, no seasoning is needed. I use cooking twine/string to tie the bag closed, which I purchased separately, as I don't like the tie that's in the package. Then I cut slits in the bag as directed. That's it!! It makes the most moist, succulent, cooked turkey meat ever! No more dried out overcooked turkey! Leftovers stay moist, when reheated, too.

I just didn't like the results of the turkey, it was cooked as recommended, but it wasn't as tender as usual. The bag just isn't for me.
