Lavalier mic is not the problem
This Lavalier mic is greatly built, I'm pretty sure the mic should be great. The issue is the $800 Shure wireless transmitter and receiver are crap, that's because I cannot use this Lavalier mic. Shure is great at making Mic but NOT a wireless system, very disappointing experience.

New Shure microphone replaces original mic.
The microphone is a Shure product and works well. You need to be careful when removing the foam shield. The top of the microphone did snap off as my user gripped the foam shield to tightly. Otherwise, the microphone works well. The microphone unit snapped back on and was not damaged.

This is great for large and small spaces
This mic works well for our main speaker's microphone in a church setting. No issues and great sound.

Perfect replacement.
This was a perfect replacement for the original Microphone. I plugged in and and I noticed an improvement over the audio quality and volume.

Works very good.
This mic works very well so far. It was plug and play. Sounds better then the original Sure mic. It is a little better on the high end of the spectrum then the old Sure183, it replaced. Will buy it again when another of the old mics fail. A very good value.

Everything was going well, the price, the condition of the microphone, but in the end it didn't work for me.It may be due to a lack of knowledge, but the microphone did not work when I connected it to a BLX14/PGA31 Wireless Headset Microphone System with PGA31.
