I'm at 36" waist and this is the large. It fits really well and if it is feeling a little small I give it some wraps. Fits my keys and iPhone 16 pro max. Training for a half marathon with this and it is a life saver. For longer runs though I will get a vest because it's not quite big enough to hold gels or other drinks. Maybe it could, but I would feel that it would be uncomfortable. Currently it doesn't feel like I'm running with anything else on

Belt was sent by Flipbelt in its own flip belt plastic packaging with a zipper. It came wet and there is some strange gunk on the fabric. I made the mistake of smelling it thinking it was just water but it smells very, very strongly of chemicals, much stronger than bleach or acetone but mixed with something off like urine. This was supposed to be a christmas gift. I'm very surprised and disappointed to be sent something like this directly from the Flipbelt brand, especially since I ordered a new item and not used. I'm hoping I don't get sick from touching and smelling whatever the belt was soaked in; I felt lightheaded for quite some time after smelling it.
