Stretchy but worked great!
This material was not what I was expecting but it worked nicely. I was afraid that it might not fit my dogs' necks. I have two medium sized dogs (one a dachshund lab and the other an Australian cattle dog mix). The only complaint I would have is since the material was thin and stretchy it would roll up a bit when they would move. But it did the job for the hour I needed it to.
