Q: Do these pens work well at very cold temperatures?

I keep a pen in my car (in Minnesota!), and I’ve not had a problem with it not working.

Q: Is this a fine or med point pen? A point .07 is med but the name is .07 fine line.

I would considerate it a medium point. I have used other brand pens that are designated 0.5mm and they write finer than this Pentel 0.7mm pen. You can't beat this pen for smooth, dark & bold writing, especially for check writing and note taking.

Q: How do you get these pens to work? I ordered five and none of them releases ink. Is there some trick I'm missing?

I had the same problem then I found a tiny piece covering the tip of the pen. Just had to pull it off and the pens worked fine.
