Easy to use & I find effective deer repellent. I wear old clothes because it does have a vile odor. Recommend medical rubber gloves & a washable cap to cover your head, as well. I use a 1.25 gallon pump sprayer because I have numerous trees/shrubs to spray. This does not clog, unlike a trigger sprayer. Be sure to flush sprayer well after use.

I don't know specifically about beavers but you must spray before the animals come around in the spring. You must keep spaying, especially if it rains. I do this for at least 6 weeks. It TRAINS the wild animals to stay away from your yard so when you stop spraying they they will avoid your yard. It has kept rabbits and deer away, but raccoons aren't as likely to stay away when food is available, although it helps.

Q: Booklet us missing. What is the mixture?

It’s attached to the back of the bottle, even if the “booklet” part is missing, the liquid measure ratio should still be there. However, 8 Oz to 1 cup basically. So in a 2 gallon sprayer.. 32 Oz concentrate and 224 Oz water.

Q: will it keep for a period of time in a hot florida garage?

I don’t see any reason why it would not. Our summers can get hot and I do not keep it in an AC environment. Should not be a problem.
