Could i fit 2 laptops? i am a teacher and i use 2 chrome books, would i have room for anything else?

This bag fits A LOT, but I don't think you'd have room for anything else if you stashed 2 laptops in here. The handles might not be able to take the weight, either. I am a teacher and love this bag. I use it to hold a laptop, folder full of stuff to be graded, regular purse items, lunch, and a huge water bottle.

Does it hold its shape or tip over?

It doesn’t hold its shape at all. In the picture it looks like you can set it down on the flat bottom surface, but this bag is not sturdy and does not stand if sat down. I hope this helps, I was disappointed. It also has ZERO cushion to protect your laptop except far a small strip on the very bottom.

How much can fit in the lunch compartment?

Alot! I fit 2 full bags of chips, 2 Gatorades, 2 red bulls, and various small snacks. Used it for a road trip. Worked great.

Does the black tote have an outside zipper pouch?

No that was one reason I didn’t get the black one.
