I started having symptoms of low estrogen and low cortisol essentially causing hormonal issues (night sweats, low energy, etc.). I read that electrolytes could be the issue and that I should focus on that. b6 as well as thiamine supplements could help also which this supplement has. 2 weeks in and I only had 1 minor night sweat (compared to 6 night a week) and finally have energy to finish my day strong and with mental acuity. I’m a ups driver in SC, and the summers here are extremely hot and humid. Makes not having AC in those trucks even more difficult. Had to order grape while it was out and it must’ve been old or something bc it made the water look brown. Order lemon in bulk just in case lol

This product does a Great Job of keeping my night muscle cramps away. One packet just before bed and I can sleep all night.
