It's worth paying a little extra! This unit looks good, is well made and works perfectly. The pump action is very sensitive so only requires a gentle press to dispense the soap. We used "Carex" soap and diluted it with water 2 to 1. Our previous unit (a cheaper dispenser) used to drip after use causing a sticky residue in the sink, this unit dispenses from the bottom of the spout and does not drip - overall a good purchase and we're very pleased - the five year warranty is an added bonus.

The dispenser arrived ahead of schedule. Whilst easy to assemble, the inevitable lack of space close to the underneath of (in this case) the kitchen sink, makes it somewhat tricky. It's the tight space, not the item. The soap dispenser is of very good quality and looks the part fitted to black granite next to my sink. Easy fill from the top and the action is just right. I'm very pleased and glad I didn't opt for a cheaper item. This is quite an elegant addition to my kitchen.

Good build quality and works so much better than the refillable bottle dispensers that I have used previously. I wasn't able to fit as per the easy instructions due to space limitations around the Kitchen sink but I fitted an extra bit of tubing to the pump which goes down into the soap bottle. When installed correctly you can refill from the top by pulling off the plunger but I'm still very pleased with the end result. Thinking about another one for the bathroom now.

Ive had the Franks dispensers in a previous kitchen but thought i would give these a try as they are a little cheaper in price. Absolutely delighted with the look and the quality. Not ready to install them in my new kitchen yet but i know theyre gonna be great!

It wobbles when it’s pressed , if I send it back I’m left with a hole in worktop!!! So stuck with it

Loved that this fit perfectly into the one inch 25mm hole cutout I had from my pop up drain release cable which was leaking and failing. We have a beautiful granite countertop and I didn't want to spoil the look with a cap, and didn't want to replace the cable release either as wanted to reduce clutter around the sink area and have a much easier to use hand wash. I picked this one because it fits in really well style wise as it's simple and classic chrome, it's easy to fill from above or from below and the reach was the perfect length for my sink. It's just long enough to put the soap into the sink and not the counter, and yet short enough that it stays out of the way.
