Great refurb phone
Arrived in a nicely packed box, like new. It immediately updated after charging and works really well. So far, battery is pretty good for such a powerful phone and high resolution screen. Snappy system so far. I had to Google various system settings and install my favorite default apps but now this phone is set up and works well. Works well with Google cardboard, Bluetooth speakers, and the camera is surprisingly awesome with 60fps and dual camera and manual modes. After lots off gaming use it can get pretty warm, but nothing to worry about.

Great phone but deeply flawed
The LG G4 is a great phone, even today more than a year after launch. One of the best cameras out there, removable battery, great display, etc. Unfortunately many (all?) of these phones are ticking time bombs. The well-documented boot loop issue can strike at any time and render your phone useless. I assumed that a refurbished phone would have had this problem fixed before resale. I was wrong. I had my phone for two weeks before it crashed under light use and became stuck on the boot screen. Amazon refunded my purchase but if this were to happen outside of the 90 day warranty I'd have been out the purchase price and without a phone. Of course any phone could die but the rate of failure on these phones is unacceptable. The Galaxy got all the press because they actually burst into flames but I believe the LG G4 is every bit as unreliable and should have been recalled. This was my first and last LG phone, and I doubt I'd buy any LG product after this.

it works great. Weird thing is that mine came with a ...
included charger was slow as heck but thats about it. Other than some minor blemishes to the leather back, and some chipsto the plastic sides. Other than that, it works great. Weird thing is that mine came with a 2900 mAH battery instead of 3000 but still lasts quite a long time. Let me be clear though, the seller never advertised 3000 that's just what i saw in all the youtube reviews. You aren't getting ripped off. Can't go wrong hear

Known to Need Hardware Rework by LG (sold with issue!)
Purchased certified refurbished phone and used to capture pictures and videos of our first child. Under 90 day warranty period, phone shut down randomly and then would not power on past the boot screen. Continued to cycle from off to boot screen. All images and videos lost. Went online and found several reviews of this specific product sold on Amazon as having a know issue to result in this behavior rendering the phone unusable. Contacted Amazon and was told I would receive a refund. Checked refund and saw only got 80% back of what I paid. Lost memories captured, wasted time setting up and then returning phone sold although known to have a hardware issue that LG stated needed rework, ... disappointing experience and would not buy refurbished products on Amazon again. Still have case I purchased for this phone in like new condition because past the return policy although I do not have the phone. Wasted time and money and won't get back treasured images of our growing baby.

Great Phone, but....
I love this phone! But... This is my 2nd LG G4, The first (also used) went into the dreaded boot loop after only 6 months. It was still under warranty from the seller and I was able to return it. Wanting to avoid the same trouble, I researched the boot loop problem, and shopped for other phones. Nothing in this price range approached the features of the G4, so I took a chance on buying a Certified Refurbished G4, hoping that the repair had fixed the boot loop. (The reseller is unable to determine what the original problem was). So far so good, but it's only been 3 months. There was one other problem when I got this particular phone - it was still locked by T-Mobile, and I needed to use it on Tracfone (which I've been happily using for years). The T-Mobile Device Unlock app wouldn't work, so I called T-Mobile support. They tried to help, but finally determined that the phone had to be unlocked by the previous owner. The seller tried but couldn't help either, so initiated a return. However, I really like the G4, and was using it for everything except phone calls, so I did a bit more research - and was able to unlock the phone and cancel the return. I am now using it on Tracfone. Unlocking the G4 did take a while - 30 days actually. I had to buy a T-Mobile sim (which were on sale for $5 at the time), activate it in the G4, and keep it activated. So, I became the owner of a T-Mobile phone, which allowed me to unlock it after a grace period - the fine print says 40 days, but it was only 30 days in my case.

Great LG phone. Came looking like new, and worked perfectly. Used with my Walmart Family Mobile sim. No problem at all.
