sally is the hero…again
It was refreshing to see sally really come into her power in this book. Sally became more dimensional in this story as well

Great Imagery but genius writing
Rarely - if ever - have I found a manga adaptation that is written with the depth, empathy and nuance as this one. Mallory Reaves breathes new life into well loved characters, finding their depths and quirks in ways that are fresh and unique, yet honor their established canon. If only other writers who tackled works in a shared universe had her deft skill with both ingenuity and consistency with canon. Why isn't Mallory Reeves in charge of The Rings of Power? She is just the sort of writer the Tolkien Estate and Amazon need to vividly imagine the existing legendarium, yet adapt it for a new generation of fans. Look for more from Reeves, she's brilliant!

A Nice Story For Any Nightmare Before Christmas Fan
First of all the book is not backwards. I read reviews of complaints that their book was backwards and it’s not. It’s a Manga and in Japan it’s read that way. I’ve read a few other manga so it takes some getting used to. I enjoyed it though.

Decent but it could have been better.
This is a decent story placed within the Nightmare before Christmas universe. The idea to focus on a supporting character and giving her more screentime is a good one.But the mirror clones come in a bit too late and this story could have been more interesting if one - for example the counterpart of the main heroine - would have had a bigger role within the story.
