I love that these vitamins are made in the USA! They are easy to take and have no after taste.

This is the best multivitamin I've ever taken. My son bought the first bottle for me a couple of years ago. I've been taking them regularly since then. I am very sensitive to preservatives and additives in other multivitamins. These are the only ones I can take consistently without side effects or feeling nauseous.

OK, frankly I really don't know how to evaluate these vitamins. Actually, these are the 1st multi's I've taken in several years. My chaotic stressful life for the past several months encouraged me to consider adding a multi to my diet. I thought it might maintain a nice internal balance that I normally keep through my diet choices, but that has been in a poorer-than-usual state due to "life"! Anyway,I can say this: I feel no better nor worse for taking them. I have no after-effects like burping, etc. They are ez to swallow. Oh, and I do take only one/day. Typically my choice with multi's. And too, I do like the combination of ingredients...looks smart to me. If you're considering taking a multi, and from what I've seen of the diet many Americans consume now adays, I recommend adding one and this one looks and feels good to me.

I like that this multi contains all the essentials without going totally overboard on any particular vitamin. However, there are a couple of things I'd suggest changing: ditch the Folic Acid...our bodies need Folate, not Folic Acid. I have found no other multi that has the folate as well as the reasonable amount of other vitamins.And though there is only a small amount of garlic in these, I'd prefer if it wasn't in the mix. I can get away with taking just one a day...if I take two as suggested, I definitely get a reaction to the garlic (swelling around the eyes).

Was hoping for more energy but these are okay and I do like that they are clean & non-GMO.

Good Vit for Keto lifestyle. Really the only lacking is Vit A (important) & should add Vit K to help with D absorption. I like the add of Calcium it's better than none but do need to supplement. It has Magnesium which is great. & Contains some blends which are good. I do rotate this with a couple of other brands just to ensure I'm getting all nutrients with being Keto.
