Purchase: Extremely well at AmazonShipping & Delivery: Precisely as stated could not have been betterOverall Purchase and delivery: Excellent (exceeded my expectations)Installation:*** Natural Gas Installation handled by independent contractor*** Plumbing and electrical handled by homeowner - be sure to preplan due to the compact nature of a tankless system. Once underway went VERY well. Be sure to purchase and install the flush valves at install and you will thank your stars later as it comes to flushing the system to prevent scale build up (I believe yearly , however I plan on every 6 mo due to ease of use for the flush valves my gas installer told me about)See:[...]or[...]Everyday Operation: Excellent (far exceeds my expectations)

Have had this tankless water heater for over a year now and LOVE IT. Was installed by someone in the plumbing field and I purchased the extra kit for power washing outdoors which we have not used but will soon. We have found the water temp. is consistent. We especially enjoy the ability to self-program temp. to suit our individual needs which works well for us and for household task like running the dishwasher, laundry and hand washing dishes. It is a tad noisy but you will get use to it in about a week or so. Our last tankless was Bosch and it did last many year but so far we are finding the Noritz is by far superior.
