Works with most delonghi models. Installed on ecp4320
Very easy to install as long as you have an idea on the disassembly for your machine. Some delonghi models use a metal band clamp to hold the tube onto the steam wand and you will need to use a pair of pliers or a flathead screw driver to pry it open.I used some zip ties and pulled them tight around the hose and the new steam wand. The wand has a barbed end so the tube is very unlikely to come off. The main concern is that the pressure won't cause any leaks but the wand should provide an outlet for that no issues.

install on EC680M is difficult, but there is a workaround
The problem is really with the DeLonghi EC680M design. There are YouTube videos showing how to disassemble this model (it is somewhat of a fuss), but once opened up, I could see that hose clamps used to connect the flexible tube to the steam wand inside the DeLonghi are hostile to removal and secure (leak tight) replacement, so I abandoned installing the replacement wand as designed, and buttoned the unit back up as manufactured. The happy news is that the new longer stainless wand can be installed (WITHOUT disassembly of the EC680M). I just used a tubing cutter to remove ~ 0.5 inch of tube with the hard soldered stainless lip from the end of the wand opposite the exit nozzle, leaving a straight sided stainless tube (0.2355 in OD). I then used a hand drill and a 15/64” drill bit to enlarge the inside diameter of the plastic part steam wand of the EC680M. After deburring the cut off end of the stainless wand tube, I was able to insert the new stainless wand into the as-manufactured plastic wand part by pressing into the enlarged hole. (I could add a set screw if it ever gets loose, but I suspect this will not be needed).I hope this helps somebody out there to avoid the headache of disassembly, and to use the nice longer wand to make better steamed milk for your coffee!

Not original part like
The installation is completely complex, have in mind that you will have to disassemble the whole machine in order to access the steam wand. But more important, this is not an original quality part, since the teflon ring and the teflon ring and the washer like piece of steel (see images) are not included, you have to take out from the original steam wand, but this wand is not machined as the original one in order to fit the pieces like it should be. The teflon part is really hard to pull up the wand's corners, which is not necessary with the original wand. The main issue is: it does not froth the milk as the original wand. I believe this is caused by the length of this replacement, which makes it loose even more pressure. With the original water pump, wich is weak in my opinion, this wand replacement turns the milk frother into just a heater. My advice would be: stick to the original parts.

milk burns on metal.
milk burns on metal. the bending angle of the tube does not meet the standard. it is very difficult to wash the tube.

Not as expected
I have to develop a learning curve for this, as it's not performing as expected.

Fit my Delonghi ecp3420 with some addition.
It for but the pressure ring the used to connect the wand is not a normal clip ring. So I had to get a small c-clamp. But it worked!

Difficult install but worth the effort
The ball joint was very difficult to fit from the dedica, but other than that it works awesome. Steam is worlds better than the rubber nozzle that comes with the machine.
