This washing machine cleaner worked perfectly! The packet was super easy to use—just toss it in and run a cycle. We switched from toxic detergents found in big box stores to non-toxic for obvious reasons. It was also hugely important to find a product to detox my washer drum because although we made the switch some time ago to a better, healthier detergent, my clothes have continued to come out of the wash/dryer looking horrible; streaked with white chalky residue. Every time I wash my work scrubs, a day later they’re not longer black but instead are residue covered and it’s frustrating. So, I bought this product with the highest of hopes that it would resolve this issue based on how they market it. It - did- not - work. I tried contacting the manufacturer via Amazon since there’s no way to “return/replace” the only washer tab I was given and that fell absolutely flat. They have chosen to NOT respond to me and I’m left despondent, frustrated, and out of my money. Money is one of my scarcest resources right now and I feel duped and regret spending what I did on this. They don’t stand behind their products.
