Bought this product after watching a few videos. All I can say is that I’ve been taking it daily for abt 4 months and normally allergy season really messes me up! However, since I’ve been taking it, I am not experiencing the watery eyes, runny nose, itchy eyes, stuffy nose or anything! I haven’t even gotten a cold and have been around sick coworkers and family! I’ll continue to take it daily.

5 out of 5 family members are taking it and loving it. We also keep the pellets on hand. No one has gotten sick in a long time. Bought 4 bottles of capsules for the upcoming season.

You need to swallow

Hubby and I did a lot of research regarding the benefits of Monolaurin and read that this brand stands out the most. Hubby takes the pellet kind and I wish I could take it coz it is a higher dose but I just can’t swallow that much pellets. This one is a great alternative for that. Same company and even though less mg per servings I still see a good effect in my body. It helps not only my immune system but also having a regular bowel movements. If you have never use this product I highly suggest that you try it in a day (up to 3 days) that you will stay mostly at home and see how it works for you. I have soft bm the first 3 days I took this but my body have adjusted after that. Not sure if this will be same for you BUT it is best to at least try it when you know you will be home all day and night at least. I also notice that now that I’m taking this, my fall seasonal allergies are not so bad. I usually worry about it but this month seems to be better. Will definitely buy more.

I’ve used other brands that worked great in stopping my symptoms when getting sick and I just didn’t feel a difference with this one, and I also don’t like that you have to take more dosage 2 capsules 3x a day = 5 capsules a day is a lot for me. I personally would not buy this brand again, going back to the previous brand now that it’s in stock again.
