We LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!!! We are home chefs and have gifted/pushed this bacon jam on everyone we love! I was looking for a good pepper jelly and decided to give this one a try. And I’m here to tell you that this is not just a need but it is a necessity! Cannot take a chance on running out! Great flavor and quality. We have used it on burgers, grilled cheese, scrambled eggs, and mixed with bbq sauce and stone ground mustard as a meatball dipping sauce.

OK, I was a bit reluctant to spend that much for a product I'd never tasted. BUT, I LOOOOVE bacon, on almost everything and anything. Well, this some good stuff. I used it on my hamburger with smokey BBQ sauce and on my waffles with maple syrup. Who would have guessed.

Yummy jam, just not for toast in my opinion. I think this would be better as a glaze for ham or ribs!

Excellent! The maple is sweeter than I prefer, but all flavors are great.

I wanted to like this but I can’t say I’m happy with the product. It’s more of a jelly than a jam. It has a gelatin consistency and a faint bacon flavor. I ended up putting it in a bowl and adding 1/2 a lb of bacon. I don’t recommend this as a bacon jam option.

I love this. It is sweet and savory. It tastes awesome on Ritz crackers.

Now, unless there is some strain underlying unhealthiness...THIS CONCOCTION IS MAGNIFICENT ON JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING! No, seriously, it has tremendous flavor, rich body and sweetness matched solely by a child's loving smile. I enjoy sandwiches, and this jam turns each outing into a whirlwind experience! Pork, beef or even chicken: all yield freely to flavor enhancement. Try it and let the culinary rapture... BEGIN!
