I bought this Swarna Prashana on recommendation of a friend. I am usually sceptical about buying such products, but this turned out to be amazing. I can see huge difference in my daughter within few days of giving it to her. She looks more active, happy and healthy. It’s Rich colour gives an assurance that product is natural. The product package is excellent but taste is bitter but ok considering the benefits of it. I have attached the list of ingredients for ref. Without gold you get this product with same ingredients from other companies in around 350 rs only so I found this product bit costlier
